Evenex® Sincro—Exceptionally realistic timber-look surfaces for interior joinery.
Made with pure wood fibre, printed with a perfectly synchronised texture, Evenex Sincro has a polished finish like timber veneer making it near impossible to tell apart from the real thing. Ideal for interior vertical surfaces in residential and commercial applications; furniture, joinery, doors and wall panelling all benefit from its realistic appearance, tactility and value for money.
Unlike regular laminate and vinyl, Evenex Sincro is not made of plastic and contains no added formaldehyde, PVC, phenols or melamine. It is the perfect choice for use in spaces where air quality is a priority such as: Greenstar, education, health, child and aged care projects; in fact, any area sensitive to the polluting impact of interior products will appreciate its E0 rating and resistance to mould and micro-organisms. Made with pure wood fibre sourced from managed forests, Evenex Sincro may also be ordered with FSC® certification.
Panels are available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses and offered with a range of matching 1mm ABS edging. Sheets are available in a thickness of 0.6mm for application to curved profiles.
An unrivalled timber look and feel in an environmentally friendly, Australian-made panel.
ADVANTAGES
Evenex Sincro utilises a new technology known as CLPL® for achieving an exceptionally realistic and natural timber look. The principal advantages of Evenex Sincro over regular laminates are:
- Made of wood fibre, not petrochemical based plastic resins.
- Printing inks do not contain heavy metals.
- Impregnation process is not a bath but via direct contact thereby retaining the clarity of the image.
- Synchronised grain impression produces a 3D effect that replicates real wood.
- An environmentally friendly surface with no added formaldehyde, PVC, phenols or melamine.
- Under lateral impact, it deforms in an elastic way without cracking.
- Australian made panels for Australian made joinery.

REACTION TO LIGHT
All products change colour over time when subjected to direct and indirect light, both natural and artificial. In addition, heat and humidity will accelerate the ageing process. Some colours change more than others, but none will withstand prolonged exposure to light without exhibiting some change over time, therefore, we do not recommend the use of Evenex Sincro in areas subject to high light exposure.
Our unique, patented Evenex Sincro manufacturing technology CLPL® offers high technical performance and low polluting impact.
Evenex Sincro CLPL® is completely without formaldehyde and provides an excellent barrier from formaldehyde emission from particleboard, MDF, etc. In addition it contains no heavy metals, PVC or melamine and in combustion does not produce toxic or corrosive gases.
Unlike traditional melamine laminated panels Evenex, being made of wood fibre, can be easily recycled along with the board it is pressed to.
Evenex is available with FSC certification on request. FSC is an internationally recognised body that certifies timber products produced in a sustainable manner, with a stringent traceability system that verifies the path taken by certified raw material throughout all stages of processing, manufacture and distribution.
FOR THE MANUFACTURER
- Evenex Sincro is a CLPL (continuous low-pressure laminate) pressed on E0 MRMDF board and stocked in 18mm, 25mm or 32mm x 2400mm & 3000mm x 1200mm panel sizes. Other sizes & substrates are available on request.
- Evenex Sincro panels do not have a melamine surface but rather a lacquered surface and therefore lower resistance to surface wear and scratching than standard laminates. The thickness of the face laminate is 0.2mm.
- Treat with special care. DO NOT drag/slide sheets across one another.
- Stack panels onto a flat surface, avoid leaning against walls for a prolonged period to reduce the chance of bowing.
- AVOID applying adhesive tapes to the face & back of the Evenex Sincro panels as many contain solvents which will affect the material. Heat and a prolonged period of the tape being on the face can also increase the chance of damaging the surface. Should tape need to be used, refer to the Adhesive Tape Report on TESA 4308 tape which can be found under Downloads.
- Handles or push plates are recommended as pressure from repetitive handling may damage surfaces due to abrasion from the transfer of oil, dirt and other materials. Push to open door mechanisms are not recommended without dedicated push plates.
FOR THE SPECIFIER AND END USER
- Evenex Sincro is recommended for interior vertical use only.
- Formulated primarily for dry-use areas.
- Protect from direct, bright or reflected sunlight.
- Evenex Sincro panels do not have a melamine surface but rather a lacquered surface and therefore lower resistance to surface wear and scratching than standard laminates.
- Finger or hand marks will show less on mid-toned finishes compared to dark toned finishes.
- Use either a soft dry cloth or feather duster to remove surface dust.
- If dust accumulation is heavy, the surface may be lightly vacuumed.
- If further cleaning is required:
– first test on a small, inconspicuous area.
– Blot soiled areas with a soft, clean cloth dampened with a weak solution of a mild liquid detergent.
– Dry with a soft cloth
– Do not allow the Evenex Sincro to become excessively wet
– Do not apply cleaners, solvents or chemicals of any kind
