SuberForm begins with a tree that is never felled.
Every nine years, the bark of the cork oak is harvested by hand—a practice that has sustained Mediterranean communities for centuries and leaves the tree standing and regenerating for the next harvest, creating one of the few truly renewable building materials in existence. SuberForm is what that material becomes when it is refined with intent.
Developed in Italy by Diasen and brought to Australia by Elton Group, SuberForm is a complete surface system of cork-based paints and insulating renders and screeds that work continuously across floors, walls and ceilings. The result is spaces that are quieter, warmer and more breathable than conventional construction allows, held to the same precision and aesthetic ambition that contemporary design demands.
What makes SuberForm singular is that its performance and its sensory qualities are inseparable. The cork that absorbs sound is the same cork that feels warm underfoot. CORK PAINT
A decorative cork-based paint that allows for a rich repertoire of effects.
Available in 2 Formats:
Fine (.3mm grain) and
Façade (1mm grain).
Applied with Brush, Trowel Spray or Roller.

Thermactive .037
SuberForm Thermactive.037 is an eco-friendly exterior insulation finishing system, whose main ingredients are granulated recycled cork, expanded amorphous silica, perlite and pumice with a particle size(0 – 3 mm). The addition of natural hydraulic lime NHL 5 ensures the product is antibacterial and prevents the formation of moulds and fungi.

Acoustix+
Sound-absorbing and breathable cork-based bio-mortar made with natural raw materials. This premixed plaster is specifically designed to improve the acoustic comfort of rooms by eliminating sound reverberation. Spray application.

Lightweight ecological screed based on cork, clay, diatomaceous earth and natural hydraulic binder, designed for the creation of ready-to-use thermal screeds, ideal for the insulation of ceilings, floors and ventilated roofs, both internal and external, in the case of renovations or new buildings.

Lightweight premixed thermal screed to be used with low thicknesses both in new constructions and renovations of historic buildings, as it does not add too much weight to the structure; 100% ecological material, made of cork, clay and diatomaceous earth.

CORK PAINT
Cork Paint – Fine
A coloured finishing coating, based on cork with a grain size of 0 – 300 μm and clay, water-based resins and high-tech waxes, designed to increase the mechanical properties and water repellency of the product. Characterised by high thermo-insulating, water-repellent and breathable properties, the product is ecological and designed to be used for the coloured finishing of old and new facades, thermal plasters (such as Thermactive.037), coating systems and pitched roofs. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, for wall and floor decoration. It prevents the absorption of meteoric water by masonry and prolongs the life of render finishes. The product can be applied by trowel, brush, roller and spray machine, depending on the type of finish desired.

Cork Paint – Façade
Coloured coating based on cork with a grain size 0-1mm and water-based resins, ideal for finishing thermo-acoustic plaster, thermal insulation systems, old facades subject to cracks and lesions.

SuberForm Thermactive.037 is an eco-friendly exterior insulation finishing system, whose main ingredients are granulated recycled cork, expanded amorphous silica, perlite and pumice with a particle size(0 – 3 mm). Thermactive.037 is a highly porous, light-weight, breathable, thermal insulation plaster, with excellent fire reaction performance (non-combustible); it is not damaged by damp and it is recyclable as an inert at the end of its life cycle. This thermo-plaster offers a versatile, monolithic and highly resistant solution to protect buildings from cold and hot weather. It contributes to the thermohygrometric comfort of indoor spaces and it maintains its characteristics over its lifespan. The product is ready to use by plastering machine or by trowel.

Acoustix+
Premixed insulating render for Noise Reduction (NR) and the realization of wall and ceiling sound-absorbing coatings. Acoustix+ is environmentally friendly, formulated with natural raw materials such as cork (0-3 mm / 0-0.12 in grain size), clay, diatomaceous powders and hydraulic binder. Moreover, it is recyclable as an inert at the end-of-life cycle. Thanks to improved sound-absorbing ability, Acoustix+ eliminates reverberation and reduces reflected echoes. The plaster has a high breathability, good thermal insulation, dehumidifying capacity and excellent reaction to fire. The porosity that characterizes the structure and the presence of natural hydraulic lime make the plaster also bacteriostatic and anti-mould.

Fibre-reinforced bio-mortar with cork (grain size 0-3 mm), clay, diatomaceous earth powder and hydraulic binder. Natural product studied for the realization of ready lightened thermal screeds, ideal for the insulation of floors, ceilings and ventilated roofs. Thermostep.047 can be used indoor and outdoor, for renovations or new buildings, and it allows to thermally insulate floors and existing structures without weighing down the structure.

Thermostep.060
Breathable fibre reinforced screed, made out of cork (large. 0-3 mm), clay, diatomaceous powders and hydraulic binder. Natural ready-to-use product, ideal for the realization of light weight thermal screeds, for the insulation of floor slabs, floors and ventilated roofs. Being light weight, Thermostep.060 allows to thermally insulate without weighing down the floors and existing structures. Thermostep.060 can be used indoors and outdoors, on new buildings and for renovations.
