String, in Khaki and Blue, presents a delicate, linear rhythm. Warp, in Burgundy and Frosty Grey, layers a more graphic grid, creating a tactile surface alive with movement and visual texture.
“This is the simple idea behind Warp and String—nothing more, nothing less,” Lissoni adds. “ALPI wood is not just a material. It is a tactile and sensual surface.”
Lissoni links the collections to two architectural realms: “String connects to a specific building by Alvar Aalto, and Warp makes me think of Roman architecture, especially Roman mosaics.”
The result is a pairing of nostalgic reference with a contemporary finish, designed to bring quiet elegance and layered depth to interiors.
